This three-day express service offering is designed to help you to quickly install a initial deployment of the BRADFORD NETWORKS solution. Our highly qualified and experienced consultants will install and implement an appliance or a virtual server so you can begin achieving your objectives and realize a rapid return on investment.
Overview
Site Evaluation
In the evaluation phase, Bradford aligns with your staff and stakeholders to gain consensus on the most critical challenges to your organization. Further, we work with your team to evaluate your existing network infrastructure and determine the adjacent technologies that can be leveraged as part of a new network access control solution. This will ensure full functionality and maximum value.
Implementation
We will perform the initial deployment of Bradford solution within a specific scope and reasonable timeframe. The Bradford management console is configured and integrated with your existing network infrastructure. Full function network discovery and monitoring is then put in place to maintain a real-time network topology and device inventory. Devices are characterized to provide a risk profile of what is connected to your network. Finally, the installation is tested and confirmed to ensure proper operation.
Customization
Every customer has a unique combination of network infrastructure and network access polices. Integration with existing network infrastructure provides the visibility and control required across all users and network devices. Policies provide the criteria for provisioning the appropriate level of network access based on a risk threshold defined by your security and risk management teams. Capturing and integrating the security events into existing Security Operations Centers (SOC) or Network Operations Centers (NOC) is key to gaining maximum solution value.
Day-to-Day Management
After your initial deployment, we will transition responsibility to your designated IT staff and Bradford Support professionals. This includes handing off materials such as best practices documentation, project plans, and daily reporting. Significant knowledge transfer will have happened by now and additional training classes may be recommended to address any remaining skills or knowledge gaps to ensure success.
Post Deployment
Within one week of the QUICKSTART Service offering, a status call will be scheduled to address any outstanding concerns, answer any technology or process questions, or to perform incremental tuning. At this stage, the solution is fully operational and IT staff are working to repeat the success of the initial deployment across a wider range of network segments, devices, and users.
