NAC Director GCS expands upon field-proven
Bradford guest access capabilities to provide expanded access
control for non-employee users, including guests, contractors,
and business partners. NAC Director GCS automates user authentication,
device registration, and assessment for non-employee users on
wireless and wired networks. NAC Director GCS also tracks enterprise-owned
assets ensuring proper separation of network services.
NAC Director GCS simplifies the creation
and delivery of user login credentials by enabling sponsors to
print credentials or send them via email or SMS. The same simple
process supports creation of user credentials for multi-user
conferences allowing enterprises to quickly provision access
capabilities for partner, customer, and supplier meetings.

NAC Director GCS validates each sponsor’s
credentials and assigns role-based privileges for the sponsor
to create user accounts. The same authentication mechanisms exist
for different user types – guests, contractors, partners,
etc – which lowers administration complexity while still
offering implementation options.
