Bradford Networks Earns High Marks For
Customer Loyalty
In Analyst Firm Study
78 Percent of Customers Would Look To Bradford for Future NAC Investments
Concord, NH – Sep 13, 2007 – Bradford
Networks, a leading provider of comprehensive network access
control (NAC) solutions, was recognized last month by Current
Analysis for its strong track record for meeting market demands
and satisfying customers for NAC functionality.
In its annual
NAC study of technical, business and operational issues influencing
enterprise adoption of NAC, Current Analysis found that 78
percent of Bradford customers would consider Bradford again
for future NAC investments. Bradford’s
Vendor Retention Score was just three percentage points behind
the top score in the study and a full 10 percentage points
ahead of Cisco.
“One of the key metrics that Current
Analysis captures in its NAC Enterprise Demand Survey is the
ability of vendors to retain customers. The vendor retention
score is the percentage of respondents who are NAC customers
of the vendor and would consider the same vendor for future
NAC investments,” said
Andrew Braunberg, Research Director, Enterprise Security & Software,
Current Analysis. “Bradford's retention score is impressive
and suggests that the company's tightly focused NAC strategy
has earned it friends in the market.”
“Bradford's consistent ability to deliver advanced
technologies that address our network access control issues
really sets them apart,” said James Shuart, Manager of
Student Computing Services, Hofstra University. “Hofstra
first purchased Campus Manager in 2004 to register all student-owned
devices on the residence network, then expanded the system
in 2005 to add endpoint compliance for all students campus-wide.
In 2007 we expanded the Campus Manager system to manage all
wireless access and to include Hofstra University School of
Law. Security has been dramatically increased and the return
on our investment immediate.”
Bradford first delivered its first NAC product,
Campus Manager, in 2002 and launched NAC Director for enterprises
in January 2007. Bradford Networks has been a leader in providing
out-of-band NAC solutions that leverage existing network infrastructure
to secure network integrity while automating the process of
providing access anytime. Its technology is ideally suited
for use in education, health care, finance, government and
other public and private organizations.
“The Current Analysis study highlights
one of the strengths of our company – a pragmatic understanding
of the challenges faced by network administrators. Our technology
allows them to easily manage network access across wired, wireless
and VPN networks,” said Mike Gadoury, Bradford Networks
founder and CEO. “Bradford’s unique seven-point
identity profile allows tremendous flexibility to address access
control issues today and well into the future.”
