Bradford Networks Joins Trusted Computing Group

Becoming a member helps ensure standards-based solutions

Concord, N.H. – August 16, 2005 Bradford Networks, developer of Security and Policy Enforcement Solutions for Enterprise Networks, today announced that it has become an adopter level member of the Trusted Computing Group organization.

The Trusted Computing Group (TCG) is a not-for-profit organization formed to develop, define, and promote open standards for hardware-enabled trusted computing and security technologies, including hardware building blocks and software interfaces, across multiple platforms, peripherals, and devices. The TCG specifications enable more secure computing environments without compromising functional integrity, privacy, or individual rights.

The Trusted Computing Group, or TCG, develops and promotes open specifications. Computing industry vendors, like Bradford Networks, use these specifications in products that protect and strengthen the computing platform against software-based attacks.

Joining this organization is an important step for Bradford Networks, as it helps ensure the Bradford Campus Manager Solutions that are deployed will meet the open standards that exist. As a member of the TCG, the Bradford team will stay abreast of emerging standards and specifications.
