Bradford Networks Grows
Revenue 60 Percent, Expands Worldwide Reseller Channels
University of Surrey, Healthcare, and Finance Sectors
Trust Bradford's
Comprehensive NAC Solutions for Wired, Wireless, and VPN Networks
Concord, NH – April 30, 2007 – Bradford
Networks, a leading provider of comprehensive network access
control (NAC) solutions, announced today that revenues for
its March quarter were up 60 percent and that 17 new domestic
and international resellers are driving Bradford solutions
into the marketplace.
Keyed
by the debut of its new NAC Director enterprise solution, Bradford
Networks’ revenue in the March 2007 quarter
was up 60 percent over the same quarter of 2006. Bradford expanded
its business in all key markets – enterprise, education,
and international. Nearly two-thirds of the quarter’s
revenue came from new customers. Bradford Networks expanded
its presence in the education market, led by University of
Surrey (UK) and made significant inroads into enterprise markets,
including the healthcare, finance, and government sectors.
With 17 new resellers adding coverage in the United States
and overseas, Bradford enhanced its sophisticated network of
channel partners, adding more than 150 sales people and system
engineers that specialize in security, health care, and enterprise
markets. Among the new U.S. resellers are RBTi Inc., Solunet
Inc., and ePlus Inc. Internationally, Bradford’s new
resellers cover Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, India, Malaysia,
Singapore, and Jordan.
“Bradford’s powerful identity
management tools are critical to our customers. Today’s
enterprises demand the flexibility and power of user-centric
controls that NAC Director delivers,” said Paul Graffeo,
Co-founder/Vice-President, RBTi, Inc. “One of the biggest
concerns customers have is managing the different ways that
users can access their networks.”
In the education market, expanded channel partnerships promise
to expand the success of Bradford’s Campus Manager solution,
which automatically secured more than a half million students,
faculty, and staff at institutions across the world as they
returned from Spring Break in March. Utilizing Campus Manager’s
endpoint compliance capabilities, IT personnel ensured that
operating system and malware software was current, protecting
campus networks from virus outbreaks.
According to Mike Gadoury, Bradford Networks founder and
CEO, “The combination of new customers and new channel
partners has Bradford Networks poised for significant growth.
Customers and resellers in all of our key markets are applauding
the important role our NAC technology brings to securing organizations.”
Additionally, Bradford’s NAC technology earned a “positive” ranking
in Gartner’s “MarketScope for NAC, 2007,” by
Lawrence Orans, John Pescatore, and Mark Nicolett, published
Feb. 1, 2007. Ideal for use in health care, finance, government,
and other public and private organizations, Bradford’s
out-of-band, distributed architecture leverages existing network
infrastructures and scales easily from 100 to hundreds of thousands
of users and works in multi-vendor, multi-platform environments.
