Chief Executive Officer
Dan is Bradford Networks’ chief strategist and visionary, and oversees the day-to-day management of the rapidly growing company. Prior to joining Bradford Networks, Dan spent six years as the chief executive officer of BEZ Systems, a database analytics and management software company that was acquired by the Gomez Division of Compuware in late 2010. During his tenure at BEZ, Dan played a key role in increasing the company’s global customer base to more than 200 and raised $10 million in venture capital funding.
Previously, Dan was the CEO of Astrum Software, where he reshaped the company’s product offerings and positioning in the market, directly leading to the sale of the company. In addition, Dan has held senior-level business development and financial positions at leading software, venture capital and consulting companies including Advent International, Digital Equipment Corporation, Precise Software Solutions and Xchange.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt is responsible for developing and executing the financial strategies and operations systems for Bradford Networks.
Matt has over 15 years of financial and administrative experience in both venture-backed startup companies including Granite Systems (acquired by Telcordia), and large multinational companies including Freudenberg-NOK where he served as the Corporate Treasury Manager for this $1 billion+ global company. Matt began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP and is a CPA.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Bradford Networks, Frank oversees all strategic technology functions, which includes evolution of the current product line, new product and services development and setting the future corporate R&D strategy.
Frank has over 20 years of experience in developing software solutions for enterprise and telecommunication network management applications. Frank’s professional background includes assignments as a Senior Architect at Aprisma Management Technologies, where he designed and developed large-scale systems delivering advanced management services for multi-vendor networks. He also held senior engineering positions at Cabletron Systems and delivered secure, highly available, network management solutions including patented automated device discovery methodologies.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Tom is responsible for the global strategy and execution of Bradford Networks’ marketing efforts. In this role, Tom is focused on extending Bradford Networks’ presence and relevance on the world stage, building and guiding Bradford’s global brand, to further the success of the company’s sales teams and partner ecosystem.
A 25-year veteran of the IT industry, Tom joined Bradford Networks after five years as the chief strategy officer of Bit9, Inc., a security company that specializes in endpoint protection and application whitelisting. During his time at Bit9, Tom was awarded the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council’s CXO of the Year award, expanded its global customer base from zero to hundreds of enterprise customers, evangelized around the world, and positioned Bit9 as the market leader in application whitelisting. Prior to Bit9, Tom held leadership positions at several highly successful software companies including Symantec/Relicore, BMC Software/BGS Systems and Precise Software Solutions/Veritas Software. While at Precise, Tom established leadership in the Application Performance Management (APM) market culminating with a highly successful IPO.
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
In his role as VP of North American Sales, Michael is responsible for strengthening Bradford Networks’ leadership position in the Network Access Control and Mobile Security market.
With more than 30 years of executive sales experience, Michael has developed world-class sales teams at several leading technology and security companies, including dynaTrace, Network Intelligence and Precise Software. As Vice President of North American Sales at dynaTrace, Killoran oversaw the growth of the sales efforts in this region. dynaTrace’s strong revenues and sales organization contributed to the company’s acquisition by Compuware in 2011.
At Network Intelligence, where Michael was VP of Sales, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s world-wide sales team. During his tenure, Killoran helped develop Network Intelligence into one of the leading security and information event management companies in the world – leading to an acquisition by EMC in 2006.
Vice President of Business Development
Sanjit is responsible for driving Bradford Networks’ strategic alliances with technology partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for secure network access and security automation.
Sanjit has over 20 years of experience in various engineering, product management and business development roles in leading enterprise software, networking and security companies. Prior to joining Bradford Networks, Sanjit drove the technology partnerships and alliance program at Palo Alto Networks. Having worked in senior roles for companies such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Systems, PGP Corporation and Check Point Software technologies, Sanjit’s experience in Security industry spans the rapid growth of next-generation security solutions in the areas of firewalls, encryption, application and mobile security.
