Michael Gadoury
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mike Gadoury is the founder and Chief Executive
Officer of Bradford Networks and provides the strategic direction
and senior leadership to grow the company’s revenue and
market share and establish Bradford as the leader in the network
access control marketplace. Mike’s professional background
includes 8 years as a Software Architect in the Professional
Services Group at Cabletron Systems, where he architected and
developed custom software network management solutions for
the enterprise market.
Frank Andrus
Chief Technical Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Bradford Networks, Frank Andrus oversees all strategic technology functions, which includes evolution of the current product line, new product and services development and setting the future corporate R&D strategy.
Frank has over 20 years of experience in
developing complex software solutions for enterprise and telecommunication
network management applications. Frank's professional background includes assignments as a Senior Architect at Aprisma Management Technologies, where he designed and developed large-scale systems delivering advanced management services for complex multi-vendor networks. He also held senior engineering positions at Cabletron Systems and delivered secure, highly available network management solutions including patented automated device discovery methodologies.
Frank participates in the Trusted Computing
Group's Trusted Network Connect TNC architecture standards efforts.
Everett Andrus
VP of Technical Support and Professional Services
Everett
is responsible for leading the customer service organization
to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Everett’s
professional background includes a 13 year career with Cabletron
Systems and Aprisma, where he held the senior position of Director
of Engineering and was responsible for application development,
product release engineering and quality assurance.
Art Garofalo
VP of Sales
Art leads the worldwide field sales organization,
which includes direct sales resources and security VARs and
integrators. Art brings a highly successful sales career of
40 years and four IPO's to the Bradford Networks management
team. Art has been an industry leader with an outstanding track
record of building and leading technology sales teams both
domestically and internationally with firms such as Openwave,
Software.com, Proteon, and Microcom.
Jerry Skurla
VP of Marketing
Jerry develops and executes marketing strategies
and programs to create awareness and demand and build the Bradford
Networks brand. Jerry is a proven marketing professional with
20+ years of product, industry, and channel marketing experience
and expertise in the networking and telecomm industry. Jerry’s
professional background includes senior level assignments at
NMS Communications, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks and Wellfleet
Communications.
Rick Leclerc
VP of Technology Partnerships
Rick is responsible for establishing technology
partnerships within the security and networking industry. Rick
is a senior networking industry veteran with an extensive background
in customer relations,business partner development and the
dynamic security market. Rick's professional background includes
10 years as a Senior Director for Product Development at Aprisma
Management Technologies.
Brad Hafer
VP of Corporate Development
Brad is responsible for strategic initiatives
and alliances efforts. He brings over 20+ years of executive
experience in strategy, marketing and business development
across enterprise software and internet industries. His recent
experience includes senior management roles at MatrixOne, Synchronicity,
SupplierMarket.com and A.T. Kearney.
Matt Finn
VP of Finance & Operations
Matt is responsible for developing and executing
the financial strategies and operations systems for Bradford
Networks. Matt has over 10 years of financial and administrative
experience in both venture-backed and large multinational companies
and most recently served as the Corporate Treasury Manager
for a $1 billion + global company. Matt began his career in
public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP and is a CPA.
