Bradford Customer Advisory Council members
serve in an advisory capacity to the Bradford Networks senior
leadership team on matters relating to company direction,
product direction, and overall general business guidance.
This structured program exists to help ensure Bradford Networks
has a formal process in place to allow those individuals
who wish to offer guidance a formal method to do so. Also,
it provides yet another program to ensure our company remains
100% customer focused.
Members
The Bradford Customer Advisory Council
consists of up to 20 active members, which may include existing
customers, business leaders, and individuals that have a
desire to help Bradford Networks succeed. The goal is to
have the consortium be comprised of a diverse mixture of
members who will contribute many different unique perspectives
to Bradford’s leadership team.
Key Objectives
The key objectives listed below define the desired outcomes
and benefits of having a Customer Advisory Council in place.
- Create an effective, structured program
- Open line of communication to listen to our customers
needs
- Strong connection with customers that want to help shape
Bradford Networks
- Share ideas around our product roadmap to help mold strategic
product direction
- Be able to constructively learn from other successful
business leaders
- Help grow the company in a positive direction
Communication
Ongoing communication, easy access to management,
and open dialog are the keys to success for this program.
Email, conference calls, and other meetings are encouraged
on a regular basis. Bradford Networks will host an annual
Bradford Customer Advisory Council meeting once per year.
This will provide a face-to-face forum for the members to
exchange ideas. Senior management will use this opportunity
to cover strategic topics and host various interactive discussion
