Description
The Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) provides critical sales support through lead follow-up, interface with our partners, appointment/webinar scheduling, new deal quotes and maintenance of sales force database tool.
Responsibilities
-
Be a intricate part of the assigned Regional Manager’s team
-
Contribute to assigned region managers quota/goal achievement
-
Quota is based on roll up of assigned region managers quotas
-
Assistance with quoting while regional manager is traveling (especially maintenance
quotes)
Maintain database/www.SF.com in conjunction with regional managers for consistency
and quality in activity and forecasting
-
Follow up on leads sent to partner
-
Schedule leads in webinars and appointments for region managers
or partners
-
Scheduled or target call campaigns with webinar or appointment
-
Initial follow up on leads to qualify them prior to being sent
to partner
-
Quoting new deals, upgrades, professional service engagements
and maintenance renewals-data input
-
Update partner(s) on new product, pricing information and promotions
-
Collect and follow up pipeline and forecast from partners for
region managers
-
Work with partners in applying Market Development Funds and
program follow up
-
Attend regional show(s) and occasionally travel to territory
to meet with partners and resellers.
Qualifications

Must be customer-centric focused

Sense of urgency and attention to detail is a must
-
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment is essential.

Desire to learn and develop a sales career

Experience and familiarity with networking and security concepts a plus
Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years recent sales experience a must

A bachelor’s degree required
