Release includes new functionality, enhancements, and additional device support
Concord, N.H. – Bradford Networks, developer of Security and Policy Enforcement Solutions for Enterprise Networks, today announced an important software release for Bradford Campus Manager that delivers new functionality, enhancements, and additional device support.
This new release, Version 2.4, is significant in that it adds many new features and capabilities that will deliver true value to our customers. Greater security offerings, enhanced fault tolerant redundancy, VPN support, and many newly supported vendor devices make this our most significant release to date.
This major release addresses many of the extended functionality requests that Bradford has received from our existing customer base, input from our channel partners, and feedback from potential new customers. Our engineering roadmap is closely aligned to developing solutions that directly allow our customers to solve problems in their network.
Highlights of Version 2.4 include:
- New functionality supported includes: Lightweight Agent-based Security Management Application, VPN Access Support, Network Control Manager CM-NS550, and Hot Failover support.
- Enhancements include increased database performance, MIB variable support, and GUI changes.
- New vendor device support with expanded functionality has been added. In addition to the extensive list of devices currently supported, we have added new or enhanced support for the following vendor’s products: 3COM, Cisco, Extreme Networks, Foundry Networks, HP, and several wireless products.
- Over 50 anomalies have also been resolved.

The new Version 2.4 will be available within 30 days to all customers.
