[CampusManager] In idea for your DNS configs

Here's what we did for our DNS configuration for Campus Manager here at
Bloomsburg University. With some creative uses of the acls and DNS
views we were able to get the DNS config to work with a single named. We
had to use different IP addresses (multiple addresses on an interface)
on some of the interfaces for the server to query itself. We're in
production with this and it's working fine. Here are the configs.
