[CampusManager] Mail List Changes

We want to apologize for the recent SPAM mail that was sent to the list.

Mail List Changes:
The list server allows only subscribed members to post to the list
A Subject Prefix "[CampusManager]" has been added to each list mail

Note: This is a non-moderated list server

Please share any suggestions or feedback on the list server functionality.
