We use Watchguard's WebBlocker service as a component of our Watchguard
Firebox firewall. It uses the block list database maintained by
SurfControl. We are happy with it and it is included with the firewall so
it isn't expensive. I haven't used it's reporting capability much. If
you aren't shopping for a firewall too I don't know if I would purchase it
only for the web filtering capability. We also use a packetshaper.
