web monitoring and management

Colleagues,

As a new Campus Manager user, Everett has encouraged me to use this medium to get a question answered.

What product(s) do you use to monitor and/or manage access to web traffic? I know that Suffield uses Vericept and that NMH has a home-grown amalgam of free ware, shareware and scripting. The Dartmouth Medical School uses SurfControl. We have neither the time nor the skills to replicate the NMH approach and are looking for alternatives.
