Windows DNS Config

Hello, fellow Campus Manager managers...

I am in the final stages of getting CM going here, and am struggling with
the self-registration process.

I know at least a few of you have done that, with the separate VLAN and
DHCP server pointing to a DNS server that returns the registration
server's IP address regardless of the query.

It seemed obvious enough how to set up a DNS server with a wildcard zone.
I was wrong. Every permutation I can think of still results in the client
getting a DNS timeout. Google has been no help.

Anyone out there doing this successfully using the Windows DNS server?
Willing to share the config?

Thanks...
